How to Use
To use the Projects feature:
- Click on the "+" next to "Projects" in the left-hand side menu.
- Give your project a title and a detailed description.
- Choose the tag and select who you want to access the project.
- Add new calls to the project using the associated tag. The brief will automatically update.
Projects is useful in situations such as:
- When you need to keep track of multiple tasks related to a specific project.
- When you need to maintain up-to-date documentation for a project.
- When you want to keep your team updated about the progress of a project.
Users may sometimes have difficulty creating a new project or adding calls to a project.
If you're having trouble creating a new project, ensure you're filling out all the required fields. If you're having difficulty adding calls to a project, make sure you're using the correct tag associated with the project.
- Can I add calls to a project that were not recorded through BuildBetter? Yes, you can add any call to a project as long as the call has been uploaded to BuildBetter.
- Who can access the projects I create? You can select who has access to each project when you create it.
