Uploading (Video/Audio)


Uploading calls in BuildBetter allows you to manually add call recordings in various audio and video formats to your database for accessibility and analysis.


Uploading calls manually gives you flexibility and control over which calls are included in your database. It also ensures that important calls are not missed out even if they were not scheduled or recorded through the integrated call tools.

How to Use

Here's a simple guide to uploading calls manually:

  1. Click on "Upload" located in the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. Click on "Browse Files" and select the call recording you want to upload.
  3. Wait for the upload to finish. You can close the pop-up during this time, but do not close the window as it will cancel the upload.
  4. Once the upload is complete, click on the title of the video from the pop-up or click out and see it on the main data view on the right side of the screen.

Use Cases

Manual uploading of calls is useful in situations such as:

  • When a call was not recorded through the integrated call tools.
  • When you want to add a call recording that was done outside of the regular scheduling.

Common Issues

Some users might face difficulties in finding the "Upload" button or might accidentally close the window during the upload process.


If you can't find the "Upload" button, ensure you are on the main screen of BuildBetter. If your upload cancels, try the upload process again, making sure to keep the window open until the upload is complete.
