Role 💻

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other team members to define, design, and prototype new features and improvements.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points, and incorporate findings into the design process.
• Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Ensure that designs are consistent with BuildBetter's design principles and brand guidelines.
• Advocate for design best practices and contribute to building a strong design culture within the company.

Requirements 🛂

• 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably working on software products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and demonstrating your ability to solve complex problems through design.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively.

Nice to Have 🗒️

• Can do graphic design and/or animation.
• Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
